About me

Mrs. Omolara Cookey is a multidisciplinary artist redefining what it means to create with purpose.

As the founder of Noji Art, she bridges the worlds of visual storytelling, fashion and design. Drawing on her Nigerian heritage, she presents art pieces in natural materials such as wood, silk and bronze.

At The Nucleus Center for Early Childhood Education, Omolara’s work is a love letter to children, learning, and legacy. Drawing on her extensive background in playground design for elite international schools, she has co-founded Edu-Kit, which provides sustainable, culturally relevant play-based learning tools for underserved communities.

Omolara has battled through incredible adversity; surviving both breast cancer survivor and Myasthenia Gravis. She pours her lived experience into every brushstroke and project; inspiring others to choose joy in spite of their challenges. For her, creativity isn’t just a profession — it’s therapy, resistance, and the embodiment of living by faith. She is a proud mother, grandmother, intercessor, and mentor.

Originally starting out in Interior Architecture, she has spent over three decades building platforms that spark imagination, nurture young minds, and synthesizing culture into modern themes.

You interpreted our theme perfectly and your designs lifted our conference to new heights.

Every time I need elegant and elevated gifts, I head to Noji Art. The quality and attention to detail are second to none.

I wore one of your scarves to a big meet and greet with dignitaries. I felt proud to wear it on that stage, it meant something.

I wish I had discovered you sooner.

Whether you’re in need of commercial, or institutional design services, we have the expertise and creativity to bring your project to life.
